If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit or choosing your usual size for a more supportive, fitted feel.

We aim to prepare and dispatch every NOXVIA order quickly and carefully from Birmingham, United Kingdom.

UK Standard Delivery — £4.49

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days, including processing time.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Express Delivery — £5.49

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days, including processing time.

Free UK Delivery

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £60.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Delivery Details

Missing or Damaged Orders

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when ordering from NOXVIA. Please read the information below before returning an item.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unworn, except when briefly tried on
  • Unwashed
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, marks or damage
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

Please take care when trying on activewear. Items returned in an unsuitable condition may have their refund reduced or declined where legally permitted.

How to Request a Return

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.

Because some NOXVIA products have limited availability, we cannot guarantee that your requested size will remain in stock.

Where an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned product.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage when an item is being returned because of:

  • A change of mind
  • An incorrect size being ordered
  • An unwanted colour or style

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your postage receipt until your return has been completed.

NOXVIA cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost during return delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please email noxvia@hotmail.com promptly if your order arrives:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, NOXVIA will cover reasonable return costs and provide an appropriate refund, replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you with an update.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

When an entire online order is cancelled, any refund of the original delivery charge will be limited to the cost of the standard delivery option.

Premium or express delivery upgrades will not be refunded beyond the standard delivery cost.

Partial Returns

When only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge will not normally be refunded.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased online may be returned under the same conditions stated in this policy unless they are legally exempt from cancellation rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsuitable goods.
